Since June 8th 2009, Credit Ratings, Xinahua Finance Shanghai’s HRA, Finance and IT Department have been moved to Qi Hua Tower. XFL has its headquarters in Bank Mansion of Shanghai, Lu Jia Zui, Pu Dong.

DEVIN JIN (Master of Economics) Associate Director, Consulting
Devin used to work at Taylor Rafferty, which used to be a subsidiary of Xinhua Finance, from 2007 to 2008. During that period he was responsible for leading, promoting and supporting the customer service team to provide IR management and consulting service for the listed companies in U.S. and Hong Kong.
Devin has experience in capital markets service over 8 years, a thorough understanding of the operation of U.S. capital markets and institutional investors and extensive practical experience in IR management, private equity financing, overseas listing and M&A. His service field has covered apparel retailing, media, tourism, aviation, medical, manufacture, real estate, Internet and farming.
In January 2009, Devin joined in the consulting team. Now, he assists to Director on enterprise private equity financing and overseas listing services.
金秋 (经济学硕士) 咨询部副总监
2007 年至2008 年，金秋曾服务于新华财经前子公司Taylor Rafferty ，主要负责领导，推动，支持全球的客户服务小组为中华区主要美国和香港上市公司提供投资者关系的管理，咨询服务全方位提升客户的市场价值。
金秋拥有八年以上资本市场服务经验，对美国资本市场的运作和机构投资者有着深入的理解，在投资者关系管理、私募融资，海外上市及企业并购方面具有丰富的实践经验。先后服务于数十家上市及非上市公司，涉及领域包括：服装零售，传媒，旅游，航空，医疗，制造，地产，互联网，农业等。
2009 年1 月金秋加入新华财经集团咨询部，担任副总监，协助总监负责企业私募融资及海外上市的全方位业务。
Mi Jia (Juris Master of Nanjing University) Specialist of Investment and Consulting, Consulting
Mi jia worked in the Law firm for 2 years and used to be a lawyer for the hotline of the local newspapers and television stations while he was in college. He worked in the Shanghai Fareast Credit Rating for 3 years, engaged in using the world's leading rating system to improve SFE, one of the biggest local credit rating companies after he graduated.
Mi Jia joined in the consulting team (preliminary) in Oct 2008, analyst of the NPL and M&A project. Analyst of the VC and PE project, account for the industry of internet and renewable energy from Jan 2009.
糜佳 (南京大学法学硕士) 咨询部投资咨询专员
糜佳在读研期间曾投身律所近2年，并曾为报社，电视台市民热线求助律师。毕业后在远东资信的3年岁月里，他和各位同仁一直致力用国际领先的评级体系来改造本土的最大评级公司之一。
糜佳于08年10月加入筹备中的新华财经咨询部，负责不良资产项目和并购项目的项目分析。09年1月后，从事风险投资项目和私募股权项目的项目分析和尽职调查，并在部门中负责互联网和再生能源领域的行业研究至今。

Impressions of Yun Nan 云南印象
Katherine Kong, Assistant HR Manager in Beijing, travelled to Yun Nan in July. She will share her experience in Yun Nan with us. 北京人事副经理孔晓洁7 月时前往云南旅游，下面，她将与我们分享一些这次的云南之行。
On July 3rd ，we flew to Shangri-La with longing. On the first night in Shangri-La, we suffered from altitude sickness. When the early morning came, I felt much better, And then, we set out for Potala National Park. Potala National Park is 22 kilometers from Shangri-La in the east. It consists of two parts, Bita Lake and Shudu Lake. We walked along the viaduct in the park, which extends 2.7 kilometers, and placed ourselves among sky, forest and prairie. We took a bus to Bita Lake, the highest lake in Yun Nan, at the end of the viaduct. In Tibetan, Bita Lake means “a sea is as soft as cowgrass”. To take a boat is the best way of the lake tour. On the boat, we could feel the flatness of the blue lake and see the landscape around the lake, dense virgin forest and deep meadow. Luckily, we also saw some yaks was grazing on the meadow. We were lingering on the picturesque landscape.
We arrive at Li Jiang, the famous old town in Yun Nan, on July 6th. As June is the wet season in Li Jiang, there were fewer tourists than in other seasons and the town was quiet. Sometime, Naxi women crossed the lane with fresh vegetables on their back passed by us. Such live style is an extravagant hope for us who is living in the big cities.
7月3日夜，我们满心向往地登上了飞往香格里拉的航班。
我们在高原反应中度过了来这里的第一个夜晚，迎来了香格里拉的清晨。收拾行囊后我们按计划来到了普达措森林公园。普达措国家公园位于香格里拉东22公里处，由碧塔海与属都湖生态旅游区组成。我们就沿着园内全长2.7公里的栈道前行，一路上我们都置身于蓝天，森林，草原之中。行至栈道尽头，我们乘车前往达碧塔海，这是云南省海拔最高的湖泊，“碧塔海”在藏语中意思就是“象牛毛毡一样柔软的海”。要感受碧塔海的柔美，坐船则是最理想的方式。在船上，我们领略到碧塔海的美丽，那湛蓝的湖水，四周茂密的原始森林，厚厚的草甸，还能看到牦牛在悠闲的吃草。这如画的美景让我们流连忘返。
7月6日，我们来到了向往已久的丽江古镇。这个季节的古镇雨水比较多，雨中的古镇人很少，很寂静，偶尔可以看到一些纳西族妇女背着新鲜蔬菜穿梭在街巷。对于我们这些生活在都市里的人们来说，这里的生活是那么的渴望而不可及。

Influenza A (H1N1) 甲型H1N1 流感
On June 11 2009, World Health Organization (WHO) announced to raise the level of influenza pandemic alert to phase 6. Public should observe personal hygiene to prevent influenza. As of 31 of July 2009, 168 countries and overseas territories/communities have reported at least one laboratory confirmed case of pandemic (H1N1) 09. All continents are affected by the pandemic.
In Xinhua Finance offices, we have taken some preventive measures, such as prepare hand cleanser gel for staff in pantry, sterilize public area (ex: reception area and pantry) and provide masks to staff.
Please raise awareness on the importance of maintaining a high level of sanitation and hygiene at workplace to prevent pandemic (H1N1) 09.Please visit the links below to obtain the guidance documents.
